The idea of the Preacher Pad originated from Adam Hensley of Garage Gym Lab, which was brought to fruition through our collaboration with AbMat. We optimized the design to provide a cost-effective and space-saving option to buying a preacher curl machine. By placing the pad in your lap while seated, you can achieve the perfect angle for preacher curls while relying on the natural support of your body's contours for cushioning.
In addition to resting in your lap, the Preacher Pad can also be placed on a bench top, plyometric box, or other similar support. Whether at home or in the gym, the Preacher Pad offers a convenient and practical solution for performing preacher curls.
