If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item back in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories included.

  Schedule Pickup

  For heavy equipment, we will coordinate a freight carrier to pick up the item from your location.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
